Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for our services, we are now recruiting Environmental, Social, and Governance Professionals at the grade of S enior Associate and Manager for our team in Athens.
The role entails :
Actively assisting in the drafting of proposals in the context of tendering for new business
Be a member of project teams, assisting in the preparation of project deliverables, reports and presentations
Executing ESG, sustainability and climate change related projects for our clients
Engaging on business level discussions / workshops with clients and documenting business requirements
Develop and manage long term relationships at senior levels with clients
Manage teams of associates and be responsible for their career development
Application of common sense / commercial awareness / knowledge obtained during the project to assess the quality and reliability of information supplied
What we are looking for :
4 - 8 years of client facing experience leading and delivering advisory or assurance work in the field of ESG, sustainability and climate change
A university degree in business / finance, economics, engineering, a sustainability-related subject, or another discipline with strong quantitative elements
Excellent critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem solving abilities
Strong research, analytical and report writing skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and experience handling large amounts of data
Strong personal initiative, agility and resourcefulness
Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English & in Greek)
Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates
