Job Description : About the role As a Wholesales Sales Executive, you will optimally handle and develop Wholesales (W / S) accounts in a designated area in order to deliver the profit, volume, sales driver and brand building, expressed in the commercial plan.
You ll be developing compelling customer propositions that unlock growth opportunities and improve the balanced profit delivery.
Your Day-to-day Will Be Including Development of an area coverage / contact plan to guarantee delivery of targets expressed in the commercial plan.
Drive of maximum Return of Investment (ROI) from allocated area (through commercial proposals). Closure of monitoring and follow up on brilliant execution through regular and consistent coverage plan within outlets.
Relationship management (commercial agreements according to policy, implementation of agreements, exploration of opportunities).
Detailed tracking and monitoring of financial performance. Responsibility for governing depletions and stock data. Closure of aging debt (collections).
Action on tailor made activation and detailed elements of activity execution. Continuous customer contact / network plan within area of responsibility.
Identification of opportunities for new business development in area of responsibility. Accurate and timely approval of rebates, invoice claims and deductions.
Strong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship through effective negotiation, persuasion and conflict management / resolution skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and match these to specific Diageo propositions. Your Way Of Working Ownership and accountability for outcomes (acting like an owner, actively taking initiatives to drive phenomenal performance) Improving ROI for each key customer through detailed P&L analysis Expert analysis of multiple data sources is converted quickly into clear actions Implementation of plan actions with particular focus on preparation (product prioritization, NSV, debts etc.
Excellent collaboration with Outlet Developers and effective information flow within the team regarding Sell Out, Stocks, opportunities, competition etc.
Ongoing & effective cross-functional partnership to deliver comprehensive performance Your Profile Demonstrated ability in a Sales department of FMCG - On Trade Channel experience is a big plus.
