In MAS S.A. we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager, who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-
term success. The Key Account Manager roll is, to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seeking new opportunities.
Preferred candidates will be an integral part of a successful sales team and will carry out a customer focused business development and service oriented targeted role.
This unique role is offering an excellent opportunity to grow within MAS S.A., in company’s central headquarters in Athens Greece.
The suitable candidate will :
Operate as the lead point of conduct for all and any matters specified to customer account management
Develop our existing customer network while looking for new customers. Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions, according to customer needs and objectives
Explore and develop new business with existing clients, while identifying areas of improvement in order to increase sales growth
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Identify and grow opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to ensure growth attainment
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
The suitable candidate must :
Proven working experience as a Key Account Manager or Junior Key Account Manager
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level
Experience in delivering client focused solutions, based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multi account projects, at a time, while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listener, negotiator and presenter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
BA / BSc degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Be a proactive and structured business approach person, results oriented and Have excellent knowledge of English language, CRM software, pc literacy, proactive thinking, advanced knowledge of the market
