There is an opportunity for the Senior Product Specialist (Oncology) to join our dedicated sales team in Greece. As part of our Oncology Sales team, you will be a part of a growing and dynamic sales organization that has a strong heritage and continues to be at the forefront of bringing new and innovative cancer therapies to the market.

Role is based in Thessaloniki .

Territory covered : North of Greece.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Focusing on all aspects of the sales process, demonstrating personal accountability and commitment to achieve sales objectives and growth.
  • Providing in-depth product and disease area knowledge to customers.
  • Initiating / organizing sales activities.
  • Gathering market intelligence in-depth information from customers in order to thoroughly understand their needs and providing feedback to appropriate internal parties.
  • Ensuring open communication and sharing best practices, in close collaboration with the rest of the team.
  • Ensuring business objectives are met in full compliance with laws, regulations and BMS standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.
  • Serving as a valuable partner in the Oncology community
  • Skills / Experiences Desired :

  • Minimum 5 years in specialty hospital segment or minimum 3 years experience in oncology
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting / exceeding objectives for consecutive years.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, build trust and credibility with customers, meet their needs, identify and address their concerns.
  • Ability to balance multiplicity of demands on role in a responsive, professional manner.
  • Demonstrated proficiency into applying all components within the VSM selling skills model when promoting BMS products with own key customers.
  • A strong team player with a clear, open and concise communication style
  • Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English
