Responsibilities

Installation, change and remove as well as repair of middleware products.

Incident, issue, problem and change management, Operating orders & conception of the technical solution design in cooperation with operating units, architecture management and service design

Operation via the required stages : e.g. test, integration, production according to customer requirements

Customizing of middleware products according to the customer's requirements in compliance with the concepts and standards of FI-TS

Development and further development of existing operating concepts and standards of the technology layers for the middleware products

Test operation and test support.

project-based services for the introduction, migration and updating as well as the operation, configuration and customizing of middleware topics using the concepts and standards of FI-TS;

Knowledge in automation of operational test and change processes and monitoring, usually via GitLAb and the CI / CD pipeline with Ansible would be appreciated.

Requirements

Autonomous working in middleware environments o Further processing of cases in 2nd level support or trouble tickets, including error analysis and support / correction of faults;

o Implementation of simple to medium complex middleware changes, e.g. during release changes; o Insertion & execution of simple deployment scripts or modified scripts;

3-5 years of experience in middleware operation

In-depth knowledge of middleware paired with very good knowledge of general infrastructure

In-depth knowledge of GitLab and CI / CD tools (esp. Ansible), Automation Frameworks and Container Technologie
