Your main responsibilities
Apply the company’s payroll policy (wages, employment’s forms e.tc)
Assist and audit the process of payroll production
Keep record and import all incurred changes at the payroll administration program
Keep record of the sick leaves or annual leaves of employees
Submit all necessary data at the Labor Inspection Services platform
Issue certificates relating to the public sector and payment receipts
Answer questions and requests regarding payroll concerns
Keep all payroll information confidential, maintaining privacy for each employee
Your main qualifications / skills
BSc. degree in Accounting or Economics or Business Administration
1-2 year of proven work experience in Payroll position; preferable in an organization with a large number of employees
Experience in Hospitality industry will be a plus
Fluency in English
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel)
Very good knowledge of payroll related software Pylon Software knowledge will be a plus
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Results-oriented, multitasking, capable to work under pressure
