Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of Estia Developments, a leading multinational Real Estate company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position :
Job Description :
Provide legal advice and service, primarily in the areas of contracts, labour law and GDPR. Responsible to resolve broad and complex legal issues related to commercial contracts
Management of lawyers’ team
Ensure the overall cost of internal and external legal services’ provided in the cluster is optimal in terms of volume, availability, cost and quality
Participate in the implementation of legal procedures, processes and the development of innovative electronic solutions in relation to the assigned matters.
Coordinate implementation of relevant compliance programs and initiatives
Formulate, draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of local, national or international sales related documents, bids, proposals and contracts in compliance with the company’s policies
Facilitate and collaborate in contract or dispute negotiations in close contact with the business, identifying and reporting legal risks and formulating alternative proposals
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the law impacting sales and service transaction practices as reflected in judicial precedent, legislation, and government regulations affecting the company, and communicate them to management
Propose, develop and monitor preventive law and compliance programs to reduce company exposure to legal risk
Provide comprehensive, reliable, and strategic legal advice regarding labour, employment, benefits, and social matters in compliance with applicable law and in furtherance of business interests
Provide advice, input and analysis related to the development of labour, employment, and social documents and policies
Candidate Profile : BSc in Law
BSc in Law
MSc in Management or similar relevant field
Previous working experience as a Legal Counsel in Managerial position for 5 years at least
A thorough understanding of the current law and regulations especially in Real Estate or Tourism industry
Specific real estate knowledge, financial expertise and investigative research
Excellent English language and MS Office
