Your Tasks

  • As a Bid Manager, you liaise with our clients the top manufacturers in the IT industry, our SDMs and Project Teams. You identify and respond to new business opportunities and develop custom-tailored solutions for our clients to continuously prove we are WOW! Makers.
  • You do your best to balance customer expectations with business profitability and contribute to Hemmersbach success story.

  • As a Bid Manager, you prepare offer proposals precisely and exemplify the drive for perfection at Hemmersbach which is highly appreciated by our clients and shapes our image as true professionals as a high quality service provider.
  • As the right pricing strategy drives sales, increase profits and ensures we meet productivity standards and remain competitive you contribute to the success of the entire organisation


  • Preparing and submitting proposals
  • Coordinating the bidding process and preparing bid templates
  • Compiling company documents
  • Preparing content for a range of proposals
  • Creating and fostering relationships with clients
  • Handling timely submission of RFPs
  • Our Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English (especially reading&writing)
  • At least 2 years of experience in proposal management or sales (preferably in the IT industry)
  • Analytical skills and willingness to work with numbers
  • Customer-oriented and proactive approach
  • High level of organizational and time management skills, stress resistance
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel
  • University diploma in international business, economics, IT or similar as an asset
