    Unit 21F "Product Management Secure Communication and Digital Gateways" contributes to digitization and quality assurance in the Federal Office by means of uniform and central processing of incoming mail and documents.

    Your tasks

    As an officer (m / f / d) in Unit 21F, you will perform conceptual and coordination tasks in support of the head of unit within the framework of the projects "Special Authority Mailbox" (beBPo 3.

    0), "Secured External Communication" (GeKo III) and "Digitization of File Management" (DigA).

    This includes the following tasks :

  • Strategic project management tasks, such as defining work packages, scheduling, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinating support for the introduction and operation of applications, as well as advising departments on the technical implementation options of requirements.
  • Definition of the technical interfaces to the various stakeholders within the Federal Office and mapping of the enterprise architecture of the BAMF to the concrete design of the applications.
