About the job

As the Technology and Engineering sector specialist within the global TA team, you will have the opportunity to come up with fun and unique ideas to attract and hire Tech talent, through setting up graduate programmes to hiring apprentices and interns.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working closely with our People and Culture Advisor in Athens, you’ll help to drive towards GWI’s growth plans.

Right now, we’re a blank canvas when it comes to hiring Tech talent, so you will have the opportunity to add immediate impact whilst being given the platform to learn and develop your own skills in Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing

  • Management of the full recruitment process for Technology and Engineering roles, advising hiring managers throughout and giving candidates the best GWI experience
  • Collaborating with the team to design, create and implement Junior talent programmes such as a graduate programme and apprenticeship schemes
  • Owning the responsibility for your own recruitment metrics, ensuring that recruitment data is captured accurately so we can report effectively
  • You will play a part in a number of exciting projects to reshape the global Talent Acquisition team
  • About you

  • Experience in a recruitment agency or fast-paced in-house role with exposure to hiring Tech talent as you will work across multiple roles and projects at once
  • You have used LinkedIn Recruiter before and are comfortable directly sourcing talent
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS would be nice to have
  • Fluent in written and spoken English as you will work directly with the London team and recruit across the world
  • StackOverflow (is desirable)

  • Passion for learning, the TA team are growing significantly and there is huge scope to learn about the entire Talent Acquisition process from attraction through to hire
  • Commitment and dedication, you enjoy working towards targets and goals
  • Comfortable with relationship building, you will be taking briefs from hiring managers and building trust to advise them on the market and hiring decisions
