The Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) AG is a joint venture company established with the purpose of planning, developing and building the TAP natural gas pipeline.
TAP’s shareholding is comprised of BP (20%), SNAM (20%), SOCAR (20%), Fluxys (19%), Enagás (16%) and Axpo (5%).
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for providing end to end recruitment for TAP's branch office in Greece by finding, attracting and selecting qualified candidates.
Furthermore, this position shall support the implementation of a best practice recruitment process which includes i.a. providing recruitment training and expertise to hiring managers.
This is an 1 year fixed term assignment.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process for a selection of vacancies according to TAP's strategic resource plan, ensuring the recruitment process is conducted quickly, professionally and in accordance with applicable legislation and TAP's rules and regulations.
Liaise with internal clients, taking job briefs, supporting and advising hiring managers in drafting job descriptions and following the recruitment process, determining relevant and cost-effective sourcing channels, advertising of positions, utilising a variety of direct recruitment methods to source suitable candidates (e.
g. Linkedln, Job Boards, Employee referrals and advertising).
Managing third party recruitment providers in addition to maintaining a suitable internal database and direct sourcing methods.
Recruitment administration including CV screening, arrangement of interviews, telephone and face to face interviewing, screening individuals by using a mix of assessment methods and undertaking references.
Manage the candidate offer process, including background verification and initiation of IDD where required, candidate correspondence and onboarding.
Ensure quality control of recruitment process by seeking regular feedback (recruitment feedback form and summary of results on a yearly basis).
Minimum 5 years proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
Experience in technical positions , preferably in Energy industry.
Experience in massive recruitment of all levels and professional areas.
Experience with international candidates and permits regulations.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
Ability to organize skills assessment centres (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ / EQ tests, etc).
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Experience with contracts management and procurement will be an asset.
BS / MS in Human Resources Management.
