A day in the life of...
Actively participates in the development, preparation, and finalization of Generating Demand activities
Monitors Generating Demand data at Brand level (market shares, market growth, distribution, promotions, daily sales, prices, etc) and competition to have a clear understanding of category, Nestlé, and competition performance
Involved in development & implementation of Annual plan (Media plan, TV & Digital) at Brand level and ensures flawless execution of planned Brand activities
Supports implementation of in-store activities along with Customer Planners. Participates in the creation and
implementation of the Integrated Commercial Planning
Actively involved in e-commerce planning and responsible for implementation
Support in project management of Innovation & Renovation processes
Work as a part of Local & Regional teams
Builds and maintains peer to peer relationships with key internal stakeholders & external partners
Active participation in monthly Brand Plan reviews. Performs Brand Marketing budget monthly control
Demonstrates Knowledge and Understanding of major P&L lines at Brand level
What will make you successful
University Degree in Economics / Marketing or any other related field
MBA / MSc in Marketing or other related discipline will be considered as an advantage
At least 2 years of proven experience in FMCG Brand / Product Management
PC knowledge (Advanced MS office), SAP Knowledge would be a plus
Good communication and presentation skills, project management, team player
Agility in managing multiple stakeholders, good prioritization skills, self-motivation
Fluency in Greek & English
Passion for chocolate is always a plus!
