The role is to undertake the coordination of tenders’ processes and to assist the commercial team with the day to day administration and compliance requirements, to satisfy all elements of requested offers.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Coordinate the tender process for customers in public and private sector.
Handle the tender documents and prepare submission documents Technical and Commercial. Coordinate and communicate offer document delivery and costing requirements to the key support functions to meet bid deadlines while raising, tracking and documenting issues.
Ensure all relevant documentation for bid proposals is complete and accurate. Ensure all the requirements of the tender documents are met.
Issuance of legal documents (i.e. certifications, criminal records, shares nomenclature, etc.).
Ensure all technical, commercial and contractual correspondence with potential Clients / Suppliers / Vendors are efficiently addressed and closed out.
Prepares reports such as summary schedules, proposal overviews, competitive overviews and cost / price summaries, evaluation reports, etc.
Responsible for internal and external interfaces during tender process.
Liaise with Finance Department for the issuing of tender participation bonds & performance bonds.
Liaise with QHSE, HR, Operation and Finance Departments to ascertain compliance and incorporate the data obtained in the Tender Costing.
Handle and monitoring various procurement / tender platforms of customers in private and public sector (i.e. Ariba, ESIDIS", etc.).
Monitoring competitors' files (bid documents) in public tenders
Cooperation with legal counsel regarding the tender processes and the activities needed to be performed per case.
Contact potential customers for promoting company’s solutions / services.
University degree in Business, Engineering or other related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Experience in Tenders both in Public and Private sector and Project Management
Excellent knowledge of the National Public Procurement Electronic System (ESIDIS)
Experience in energy & technical services and / or facility management will be an asset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken Greek & English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to organize and plan with a sense of urgency and to work under pressure
