Customer Service Representative (Κωδικός SUP521)

Panasoft, an Athens, Greece based software company specializing in bringing Front, Mid and Back Office solutions to the Travel Industry has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative.

The company is a market leader in its field and is currently expanding its operations internationally. The candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, assistance and training to our customers via phone, e-mail or on site.

Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Athens, have an EU citizenship, or be allowed to legally work in Greece.

Qualified candidates must have the following skills :

Required :

  • Excellent command of the English language. Verbal and written communication in English must be fluent.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Tourism or Accounting or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Desired skills :

  • Experience with back office or accounting software. Knowledge of Travel Force will be considered a valuable asset.
  • Experience with a GDS, preferably SABRE.
  • Troubleshooting skills, analytical problem solving skills, and the ability to solve technical problems.
  • Ability to manage and meet customer expectations.
  • Kindly note that the interview will be conducted in English.
