Start today, as a CRM Specialist and drive our growth by retaining, growing and developing the established customer base via targeted CRM campaigns while performing deep dive analyses to unveil new opportunities and measure the effectiveness of activities, ensuring best customer experience across touchpoints.

Main Tasks :

  • Analyse, segment and profile the existing customer base to identify opportunity segments
  • Design, implementation and execution of CRM targeted campaigns to identified opportunity segments aiming to safeguard customers, reduce churn and grow revenue
  • Design and develop channel communication (Inbound, Outbound, SMS, Digital) plan in line with contact strategy
  • Deep dive analysis and campaign evaluation identifying strengths and recommending adjustments necessary to optimize success rates and return on investment
  • Close collaboration with Product and Finance teams to develop offers / propositions that will meet customer needs and satisfy companys strategic goals
  • Work closely with Sales teams and Call-centres, receiving feedback on campaigns performance to ensure targets achievement and best customer experience during customer contact
  • Identify market threats and propose appropriate actions to protect customer base and revenue
  • Requirements

  • University degree in, Mathematics, Statistics or other related discipline.
  • Postgraduate studies in Business Analytics, Statistics or Operational research will be considered a plus
  • At least 4 years experience in a business related area
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven experience of data analysis and statistical techniques including customer profiling, segmentation, clustering and predictive modeling
  • Good knowledge of data mining / statistical tools such as SPSS Modeler, SAS
  • Knowledge of BI tools will be considered an asset
  • Cross functional project management experience will be a strong advantage.
  • Quantitative dexterity paired with critical thinking is a must
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
