Overview

The Greek cluster team is looking for an Account Manager, Director to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Role

  • Develop strong relationships between Mastercard and the customer.
  • Understand the customer business strategies and deliver against sales targets for Mastercard products / services.
  • Responsible for day-to-day account management activities, all administrative and operational issues for entitled accounts.
  • Implement tactical plans to enhance customer profitability, covering all key segments and objectives agreed.
  • Contribute towards business opportunities that increase volume, volume share and revenue.
  • Implement customer solutions that improve revenue generation and enhance mutual profitability.
  • Develop strong internal relationships within Mastercard to achieve their business goals and differentiate Mastercard from the competitors.
  • Manage complex analyses using data from multiple sources / areas to define the functional impact of customer satisfaction and customized solutions to the customer, their shareholders and Mastercard.
  • Leverage all Mastercard brand properties and product management resources to deliver exceptional customer value.
  • In partnership with Management, contribute to developing business plans and take responsibility for implementation. All About You The ideal candidate for this position should have / be :
  • A degree in business management or relevant field
  • Good understanding of the local payments payment industry
  • Solid experience in soft / consultative sales roles
  • Very good written and spoken English and Greek, excellent presentation skills
  • Good fit to dynamic teams, comfortable with fast and fluid environments, good team player
  • Ambitious, driven, can-do attitude, self-starter, high achiever
  • Proficient with numbers, commercial models, metrics
  • Great energy and passion
