This role forms a critical part of Vodafone’s new Creative Insourcing Solution (the Creative Ecology). Responsible for and the primary lead on creating digital and social creative assets for digital communications- Social, Display, Programmatic, Search.
Taking full accountability for all creative production for all digital disciplines. This change reflects the next phase of digital transformation at Vodafone and an emphasis on delivering against its operating principles of transparency, ownership and independence.
Success in this role at Vodafone depends heavily on the appointee’s credible expertise and experience regarding the communication industry and across multiple creative suite solutions, as well as their competence to manage and direct the newly formed digital insourced creative team members.
Their ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environment and their skilfulness to collaborate and influence across teams will be critical.
Role specific headlines
At least 5 years of creative and production experience in the digital marketing and communication field. Expected to have an understanding of the wide advertising disciplines.
Also an eye for clean, artful / strong aesthetics design and deliver people-centric designs for new product launches design content and provide continual optimisation and enhancements to Vodafone digital assets.
Must have a track-record of performing effectively to tight deadlines. Good communication skills essential, independent and strong work ethic.
