For all the above reasons, we're looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist who likes the challenges in order to join our team.
Our future HR Generalist will have an active role into the sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in Ginbits, as well as ensuring that current employees are satisfied in their positions, and promoting the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
Be actively involved in the talent acquisition and recruitment process
Source potential candidates through different online channels such as LinkedIn, Github, etc.
Determine selection criteria and plan interview and selection process.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
2+ years proven work experience as a HR Generalist or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow, Github, etc.)
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
