We are currently recruiting a Key Account Employee for Zenith, based in Athens. The duties of the role will be Promote mainly electricity & gas sales, and other products and services to key accounts customers (B2B) (i.

e. industrial, commercial, public sector) and management of all matters affecting them, in accordance with principles and practices of key accounts management and corporate strategy

The Key responsibilities are :

  • Implement company’s pricing policy towards key accounts customers.
  • Manage the contractual terms for the key accounts customers.
  • Maintain contact with key accounts customers, monitoring their needs and satisfaction levels from company’s services, collect and elaborate data necessary for their best service -

    Receive and handle their complaints.

    Cooperate to perform market segmentation and determine the categories of Strategic or Big Customers per area (case by case), and provide insights for the formulation of commercial policy, and marketing plan for the examined customer categories.

    Monitor the timely and effective completion of Strategic Customers financial obligations, in collaboration with the relevant sector and employees.

    Participation in needs analysis and development of applications for Strategic Customer service systems (e-services).

    Responsible for proactive contract management, including the provision of follow-ups on all contracts (e.g. monitoring of expiry dates concerning contracts and guarantees, price and guarantee updates).

    Implements the approved sales programs for the business (industrial, commercial, public sector) market segments, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization

    Collaborate with the relevant sector and employees for the participation in tenders performed for key account customers (both public and private sector).

    Support and provide all the necessary data to the Head of B2B sales for the reporting activities and KPI’s.

    Interacts with colleagues from other company units when is required.

    Maintaining and increasing the B2B sales according to the approved Business plan.

    Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and able to work independently.

    Other Requirements :

  • University degree (AEI / TEI).
  • Master’s level education would be beneficial#LI-EIRL
