About the Role
Responsibilities include cash management, liquidity projections, treasury operations, bank relationship management, short-term cash forecast, review and approval of payments.
Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures in the Beat Group. Perform day to day operations in order to support the Treasury Related activities.
What you'll be doing :
Collaborate with various internal teams (Accounting, Financial Planning, Payment Operations teams) to support the Group’s corporate cash management and liquidity globally.
Manage and monitor daily cash, review short term and long term cash forecasts, manage payments and transaction inquiries.
Produce and distribute global daily, weekly, monthly cash reports.
Handle corporate bank account opening, closing, KYC, account signatories and bank services processes with banks, payments providers and internal partners.
Oversee cash management risks and controls, proactively looking for opportunities to optimize Treasury processes and controls, to improve policies, reporting tools and data quality.
Deliver operational excellence and effectively manage and be accountable for deliverables.
What you need to have :
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or relevant field
2-3 years of experience in a treasury role
A proactive mindset with an ability of creating and improving processes
Accuracy when computing and managing numbers
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent with written and verbal English
Knowledge of the Spanish language will be considered an asset
Be adaptable to change and able to execute quickly
Tech-savviness and a continuous learning and self-development mindset
