Schneider Electric Greece is looking for highly motivated and digital savvy talent to join our End Users & Industrial Integrators Channel Sales Team.
As a Sales Account Executive, the job holder will be directly reporting to Channel Director. The job holder’s main role is to perform as Account Manager in the Energy Market (Electrical Utilies and Renewables’ Sector) targeting opportunities related to full scope of Scheider Electric offer with a special focus on EcoStruxure Grid solutions.
Identify opportunities in the Energy Market and manage the cross sales of different businesses in order to increase sales volume of product, solutions and services and representing one face of Schneider Electric towards customers.
The scope is territory of Greece and Cyprus.
Manage relationship and ownership of a group of End Users, using a solution sales approach to meet sales objectives.
Deploys all sales actions with End Users assigned (current and prospective), in order to maximize the business with them, especially for solutions and services in the domain of EcoStruxure Grid.
Defines the growth strategy for his / her accounts and leads its implementation
Executes the Sales process, with a focus on business solution approach, to achieve growth target and customer satisfaction objectives.
Required to promote and sell the full scope of Schneider Electric portfolio, throughout the full sales circle (presentation of technical solutions, prescriptions, offering and realization of sales, projects)
Responsible for the development of a sustainable relationship between Schneider Electric and the assigned Targetted Accounts,
Coordinates cross-selling and
Coordinates sales effort with Project managers, Marketing, PAE, sales representatives fron other channels, Finance department, Logistic and TCS from designing up to execution phase.
University or Technical University Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation
6-7 years of work experience in technical or sales positions (preferably related to Energy Market)
Specialised technical and commercial knowledge in Electrical Utilities and Renewables sector
Proficient oral and written command of the English language
