Provide professional IT support and timely resolution of service desk tickets to local and remote users.Attending to local office support needs such as desktop hardware and user support and local office infrastructure (networking equipment, UPS, alarm etc.

Provide support across all Enterprise on-premise and cloud-based systems such as Office 365, SharePoint Online, Citrix ShareFile and Microsoft Teams.

Balancing and effectively prioritising the needs of local users with your role as a provider of global IT support to all Welocalize locations.

Timely escalation of service desk tickets, when needed, to appropriate teams and personnel.Laptop and desktop installation, configuration and troubleshooting (Windows, Mac).

Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (AAD) user administration.Software licencing purchasing and management.Delivery of training through one-on-one sessions and webinars.

Inventory and asset tracking.Ensure adherence to global processes, procedures and standards.Contribution to the continuous development to global processes, procedures and standards.

Be part of various projects that will involve multiple teams.IT supplier / agreement management including cost analysis, purchasing, price negotiation, purchasing process coordination.


  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, preferably in Computer Science or IT / IS.
  • 1-3 years hands on experience working in an IT support role or systems administration, gaining an appropriate level of technical experience throughout various system.
  • Knowledge and experience with major cloud providers such as Microsoft Office 365, Citrix ShareFile, Okta, Workday, Zendesk, Cornerstone, JIRA, Confluence and UserVoice an advantage.
  • Microsoft Azure Active Directory user and device administration experience.
  • Microsoft InTune and Endpoint experience.
  • PowerShell, Logic Apps, Power Automate and / or Power Apps experience highly desirable.
  • Familiar with file and folder NTFS security permissions, share permissions, security groups and Microsoft 365 groups.
  • Broad infrastructure background covering networking, operating system and application topologies highly desirable.
  • Experience with and understanding of fundamental network technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPN, NAT, etc.) including hands on IP address configuration, network patching, switch installation and configuration and experience with ISP equipment.
