Currently, we are looking for a Application Administrator. This role is to provide technical support for middleware and application layer to one of biggest Kyndryl Custmers.
As Application Administrator, you will maintain existing environment by investigating key factors and unusual incidents and problems encountered when it comes to batch scheduling, managing webservers, working with databases, business intelligence tools and operating systems.
On this position, you will be reposonsible to react quickly on all incoming incidents, staynig in touch with Clients and varoius techincal delivery Teams.
You will work in Agile Team to provide help and solution to solve complex application issues, helping to determine root caluse analysis, manage automation and monitoring, work with new builds, perform critical changes on production envitonment, being also in direct touch with our Clients, reacting to their needs.
