In this role, you will be in charge of providing support and advice to the customer in regards to the brand’s tobacco products.
Your tasks are :
Customer Service via phone an email
Providing product information to the customer
Professional usage consulting for the products
Processing of warranty cases

You speak native Slovak and a good English

A full-time job, 40 hours a week
Salary : 14 salaries per year x 1045€ gross per month + performance-related bonus
Schedule : available to work in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday
