So what’s the challenge
The Online Customer Data Analytics Engineer develops and automates the appropriate data cube procedures aiming to feed online customer reports for business decision making and CRM customer targeting tools so as assure CRM effectiveness and deep dive customer analysis on online products.
Your day to day will include :
Transforming raw data information stored in SQL databases into aggregated 360 customer info data cubes enhancing insights automations
Collaborating with BI & Business Owners so as to receive & assure requirements
Transforming ad hoc developed machine learning models (Segmentation / Classification / Next Best Offer) into live scoring engines in production systems for real or semi real time reporting or CRM
Transforming insight-full ad hoc analysis into completely automated regular dashboards
Monitoring online customer KPIs on several time dimensions (monthly / weekly / daily / even hourly)
Owning the data UAT process end to end, assuring data format calculus and processing quality and performing massive data UAT
Contributing to BI related projects by delivering AI automations beneficial to CRM
Automating Data Visualization Tools and dynamically describing sensible business stories
Deploying in production machine learning models or recommendation engines for real-time CRM triggers
Joining web & transactional data and creating 360 customer data cubes
What you need to succeed :
BSc in Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or any other relevant field. A Masters’ degree will be considered as a plus
2+ years of working experience in Technology / Banking / Telcoms / Consulting, preferably within BI departments
Proven track record in processing & aggregating vast customer data via SQL
Experience in data flow creation, aggregation, cleansing, automation and optimization
Knowledge in Machine Learning (Classification / Clustering / Recommendation) and Modeling experience via Python
Robust knowledge of Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or Data Studio)
Experience on processing web data (Google Analytics, Big Query etc) will be considered as a plus
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Positive and friendly personality and a genuine team spirit
Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English languages (oral and written)
Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
