Description

  • On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Athens-based Customer Support Specialist for the Spanish market. In this role, you will ensure that the organization is meeting the customer'
  • s requirements on a day-to-day basis. You are the Customer support providing the best possible customer service experience while keeping the company'
  • s business needs in perspective. On a typical day, you’ll : Communicate with speed, empathy, and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails, and online chatsIdentify and assess customers’
  • needs to achieve customer satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / toolsMeet personal / customer service team targets and call handling quotasKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

    Requirements

    Native / Near-native level of SpanishAdvanced level of EnglishExperience in tourism is desirable, but not essentialGood MS Office skillsStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningCustomer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of charactersAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAbility to work in shifts (no after midnight shifts)This position requires all employees to be located in Greece.
