Loyalty & Personalization Associate

The Loyalty & Personalization Associate will be part of the BI, Loyalty and Analytics team of AB. He / she will play a crucial role in acquiring and retaining customers using the most advanced Loyalty tools while increasing customer lifetime value through relevant offers and communications.
The position requires a person that will be able to easily collaborate and communicate efficiently with cross-functional internal and external partners and genuinely commit to improve the customer value and increase loyalty.
The position will cover the following fields :
Implementation, tracking and measurement of one-to-one marketing campaigns for different Loyalty & Personalization initiatives throughout the customer journey, according to loyalty strategy
Development all marketing materials for Loyalty scheme (leaflets, DMs, newsletters, coupons, games etc.)
Research, identification, and development new promo mechanisms
Creation of manuals and business memos to properly inform AB stores network on new loyalty activities
Communication of all loyalty strategies and performance to the broader marketing team, to cross-functional partners, and to leadership to gain alignment
Collaboration with analytics team to produce a deep understanding of customer behavior and interests to develop retention strategies through campaign reporting and optimization
Delivering tasks such as budget reporting, handling agreements, replying to customer care requests about Loyalty program, synergies development
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field
Relevant working experience up to 2 years in Retail, FMCG and / or Advertising Agency. Loyalty program experience or experience designing direct marketing campaigns will be considered a plus.
Fluency in English language both written & spoken
Excellent command of MS Office with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel. Basic understanding on data analysis, BI tools and practices would be considered an asset
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, able to work in an agile way
Ability to work independently on multiple projects
