    Requirements : The role

    The role

    As International Sales Recruiter, while working in an agile team, you will take responsibilities from day one. Some of the things you would be doing are :

  • Complete recruitment sales / Commercial processes.
  • Manage international recruitment platforms and other powerful recruitment sites.
  • Conduct first screening interviews with candidates, moving forward with the hiring managers when suitable.
  • Support with the onboarding of the selected candidates, aligning with HR Admin and Product Training, and follow up on the new hire.
  • Help improve the Recruitment strategy and processes and find new ways of attracting candidates.
  • The skill set

    Our ideal candidate would have

  • 5 years of experience in recruiting worldwide.
  • Excellent communication skills for speaking to both a technical audience and a business user audience.
  • Proactive, flexible attitude and creative thinker.
  • Quick learner, efficient, hard worker.
  • Comfortable with dynamic and changing priorities.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Any other language, especially Spanish, would be a plus!
  • We also value very positively

  • Have a strong consultative nature and customer-centric approach.
