Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
Provide high quality HR support throughout the full HR Management cycle and support the SEE organization as Strategic Business Partner in all relevant HR Management topics.
Support a people eco system around moments that matter delivering value at every touchpoint and provide HR support to the defined business area.
Leads local HR projects and initiatives and supports the Director HR SEE in projects related to SEE Zone.
Be accountable for a consistent application of HR Standards and principles in the Zone, Cluster and Market.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain a close partnership with the leadership team and drive the implementation of business initiatives with effective HR interventions
Support employees in all people related topics, coach junior line managers to become empowered and effective people leaders
Advice line managers in people matters and performance management related topics
Promote positive employee relations and ensure employee engagement through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of Individuals within business teams
Enable and actively take part in identifying sourcing of solutions to build skills and capabilities in partnership with expert communities
Support / drive initiatives and efficient processes, in close coordination with the HRD SEE and in close collaboration with respective Functional Leads in SEE and Cluster South
Enable adequate Workforce Management and drive of all HR related annual processes
Proactively collaborate and work hand in hand with the local and cluster HR Expert team (Talent Acquisition, Reward, HR Operations etc.)
Support the business with organizational structure changes from taking active part in the org. design discussions to the implementation of changes and managing the change management plans
Challenge the status quo, nurture growth mindset approach, think outside the box in terms of solutions; proactively seek for insights and solutions that are aligned with the desired continuous growth and ways of working
Ensure that SAP modules (e.g. Org Mgmt.), Success Factors (recruitment) and employee related documents (contracts, warnings, promotion letters, etc.
are up to date on a permanent basis.
Support the recruitment efforts for the designated business area.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
HR Capabilities : Individual and collective labor law, HR Business Partnering, basics of HR Operations, use of HR metrics and analytics to draw conclusions, maintains external perspective, anticipating people trends, basic employee relations, solid understanding of org.
design, talent management and reward basics.
Business Capabilities : Solid business acumen, basic understanding of the business and its key cycle and processes.
Consulting Capabilities : Basic consulting and counselling capabilities. Ability to deliver and support the promoting the HR solutions to the business.
Mature, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative, ability to influence, drive change and effectively communicate with different stakeholders.
Ability to independently run HR related projects and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders in HR Team and the business across the Zone and Cluster.
Ability to build and maintain constructive / positive working relationships with Line Managers and employees.
Project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentations skills.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management)
Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in the field of HR (preferably in HR Business Partnering in an international organization)
Working experience, internship or study abroad would be a plus
Fluency in English (written and oral)
MS-Office skills and other IT applications
