What the role is
The Experience Manager at Selina locations is responsible for ensuring we deliver memorable experiences to our guests that are aligned with our brand and mission.
This person will oversee all the content, programming design and execution at the location, coordinate with appropriate internal and external parties, manage the required staff and work in partnership with the Country Experience Director.
What you will be doing
Own unit-level diverse programming 3 month lead time
Ensure all Products are well represented
Owner of Music : playlists, volume, etc
Culture & Experience 30%
Blueprint activation, initiatives, measurement and action plans
Own Brand Index at the property level
Monitor results of VoC Program for location with appropriate action
Manage local community relations and Selina Gives Back program at the unit level
Unit-level Content Partnerships to support content and programming
Based on occupancy, and size / type of property, the XM may be doing Front-of-house shifts as well (e.g. : reception or bartending) and only spend a percentage of their time (e.
g. : 60%) in the Experience Manager function.
What you need for the role
Experience in programming and marketing of events
Experience in event organization
Experience in team management roles (preferred)
Experience in managing community relations
Event design and coordination
Fluent in English and local language
Microsoft Office Proficient
Low and High Skill Wellness Delivery
Staff who are wellness-focused and have a passion themselves (or hold a qualification) can deliver a wellness activity in the location for our Luna Loyalty Program.
If it's a High skill wellness activity they must provide their qualification (ie Yoga, high-intensity fitness, Performance running / cycling).
