PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Is the main interlocutor with other Engineering and ISR function (Technical Documentation, RAMS, Design Engineering, System architect, etc.
with purpose to capture all information that can influence the maintenance strategy.
Influence the Design for integration of the maintainability constraints (DfS : Design for Serviceability), including the requirements for Predictive Maintenance (PHM : Prognostics & Health Management) and considerate all the aspects to be considered to get the Services Readiness in the design of the Equipment.

Job will be based in ISR PDO or customer site where the maintenance is performed, or in Platform.

ISR Manager of the Site or Country or Platform / Operational Excellence Director / Platform LSA Manager

ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES
Key accountabilities :
Identify the performance allocation in compliancy with DFS target.
Define maintenance plan and design of LSA elements (MTA, LCC, LORA, RCM)
Define spare part allocation for first provisional (LAI)
Validation of support solution and associated maintenance documentation or training toolkit.
Capitalize data in central ISR repository (ILS PDM)
Manage LSA team, the workload and size the team accordingly
Manage LSA activities to deliver QCD commitments in coordination with the ISR Management plan
Write LSA Management plan
Ensure technical interfaces with RS, Components, Signaling and Infra teams (RAMS Architect, mechanical, electrical & system architect, sourcing, LSA for equipment and from suppliers)
Ensure that DFS is correctly applied on Sub System (Component Site)
Ensure REX is collected and considered,
Manage Definition of Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in consistency with Design Engineering BOM definition.
Elaborate maintenance plan
Elaborate LCC calculations and analyzed
Manage relationship with sourcing for ISR requirement clauses linked to sourcing concern.
Ensure LSA database (ILS PDM) is defined and completed correctly
Ensure compliancy between Spar Part consumption model and maintenance strategy.
Validate content of the technical maintenance documentation and training toolkit.
Promote usage of standard ISR practice compliant with international standard or Alstom central procedure and Method & Tool
Capitalize data to improve QCD on future project.

Electrical Engineering University Degree
5 years of ISR experience in SLA Engineering
Expert in maintainability studies
Familiar with maintainability studies on Railways Equipment
Experience in maintenance execution
