As a result of our rapid growth, we are currently on the lookout for a Customer Support Agent to join our Customer Success Team.

As a Customer Support Agent your ultimate goal is to provide remarkable customer experiences. You will interact with the vibrant maritime community through various channels.

You will ensure that customers’ needs are met by assisting customers who have questions, are experiencing problems with the service, or need advice about the product.

Role and Typical Tasks

  • Respond to customers’ requests through the ticketing system, live chat and phone
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through product
  • Assist customers with their purchasing decisions
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Efficiently manage customer complaints
  • Compose articles for the Help Center
  • Participate in quarterly team projects
  • Work cross-functionally with the rest of the customer facing teams
  • Must have :

  • Fluency in English is a must - additional languages are considered a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in similar position
  • Experience in phone support
  • Ability to understand the needs of the average user in an online world
  • Effective communication with non-technical people to resolve technical issues
  • Exceptionally strong and intuitive technological skills
  • Self motivated problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong active listening skills & practicing empathy
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Friendly, energetic attitude
  • Nice to have :

  • Knowledge of the Shipping industry
  • Experience in SaaS environment
