The Position
Senior IT Project Manager
Role overview :
The purpose of the Senior IT Project Manager is to :
Successfully lead the assigned projects, by Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing the design, built, implementation and deployment phases of IT solutions, in line with the IT policy and Enterprise Architecture principles.

Responsibilities and Duties

Determine and define project scope and objectives
Develop resource plan to ensure project(s) are adequately staffed to reach project objectives
Coordinate activities and project team members as needed
Supervise projects’ delivery, achievements and quality
Manage operations escalations related to respective projects
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications& Experience
Essential
5 years' higher education Master’s degree, engineer training.
Fluent English
Used to communicate with stakeholders from multiple functions
experience with working in a decentralized environment
experience in change management and training
PMP certification
Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company
Conversant in French or another European language would be advantageous
