Quality Control Laboratory Manager
The Quality Control Laboratory Manager is managing the laboratory sampling, testing and data entry in line with the respective quality procedures and specifications and is providing the results to the requested team members.
He / she is also managing all the test activities including customer audits, customer inspections and homologations (internal and external).

The required skills and qualifications are :
General Education : 4 to 5 years in a University (Chemistry) Experience : 2-5 years in a similar position Fluent (in writing and speaking) in Greek and English language Application of standards Continuous improvement Measurement : materials testing etc Standardization Statistics / design of experiment Instrumentation Core scientific and technical knowledge Materials (polymers & inorganic) Project management Technical creativity (breakthrough) Synthesis Cable design (armouring, etc) Formalization & transmission of know-how Team work Leadership and management Customer satisfaction
