About the role
You are responsible for a high-growth regional Avanade Experiences business consisting of three (3) core areas of practice : Customer Experience (CX), Workplace Experience (WX) and Digital Products and Services (DPS).
You take ownership for the growth of sales and revenue and the operational performance of this business. You thrive building a team, an inclusive culture, and cultivatefuture leaders while keeping this a great place to work and grow.
You have broad expertise in consulting experience transformation, client services, people leadership, management, development, and business operations including P / L management.
You work closely with account teams, customer account managers, sellers, industry experts, and offering leaders across the organization, as well as with related teams from Accenture, Microsoft, and partners wearing many of the right hats.
Specifically, you will :
Manage and run the businessto meet sales, revenue, and operational targets
Identify potential clientsnew and existing within the Avanade client landscape, facilitate client meetings and pitches, be the expert in the room on the clients and deals that need you the most
Nurture adiverse, inclusive, cross-disciplinary team and culture
Create the future leaders of Avanade Experiences, and mentor future leaders at Avanade
Curate a thriving regional Avanade Experiences culture
Build relationships within Avanade, Microsoft, Accenture, & Partners to drive the growth of Avanade Experiences
Partner with leaders of Avanades Advisory and Modern Platforms businesses to curate client experiences at our physical Studio locations
Ensure that the Avanade Experiencesteam collaborates with all other business functions within and outside of the Region, consistently delivering anexceptional, unified end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels, and touchpoints in the customer journey
Be a vibrant member of the Regional Leadership Team driving connectivity from the Avanade Experiences business through the Region
Encourage problem-solving, growth mindset, strategic thinking, and customer-orientation among the team
Interact at executive / senior management level, proactively advocating for solutions, building Avanade Experiences Regional and North America strategy

What you bring to the team
15+ years of relevant Digital AgencyLeadership, business management,or cross-discipline focused delivery experience and 10+ years managing people / teams. ()
5-10 years experience with managing financials; preferably P / L
5-10 years experience in digital transformation
Excellent business operator; strategic thinker
Domain knowledge across User Experience, Technology, Product Management, Delivery, and Analytics
Working knowledge of the various technologies in play across the Practice Areas (, Adobe, Sitecore)
Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
Track record of sales generation, solutioning, and delivery leadership
Foster and influence skills with teams and team members both in and outside your reporting structure
Ability to quickly earn the respect of clients, sellers, partners
Ability to motivate people that are vastly different
Deep industry knowledge covering one or more of our primary industries
Experience consulting in an environment with multi-country / cultural teams
Ability to lead a business and support multiple engagements under significant deadline pressure
Demonstrated history of working with external clients at the executive level (, VP, SVP, CMO, CDO, CIO, COO)
Expert level written and verbal communication skills, including ability to comfortably present to the C-level of our clients
Self-starter and able to collaborate across a wide span of practice lines
Ability to thrive and lead in a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed team environment on multiple priorities
