The State Office of Finance (LfF) is responsible for setting and paying the salaries and pensions of civil servants, the remuneration of employees, and the allowances for pension recipients and employees of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
With the introduction of the Integrated Personnel Management and Payroll Accounting System (IPEMA®) for the state administration of Rhineland-Palatinate, the IPEMA® - Service -Center (ISC) was installed as a central unit for the maintenance of regular operations, adaptation or expansion of the IPEMA® system, service management, and control and monitoring of all payroll runs.
The Integrated Personnel Management System - IPEMA® based on the standard software SAP ERP 6.0 was introduced in the Rhineland-Palatinate state administration and is operated at the State Office of Finance.
