It's howyou make a difference. The opportunity We are currently seekinghighly motivated people to join our People Advisory Services team.

Being part of the People Advisory Services, you will bemanaging teams of EY professionals aiming to deliver quality services to ourclients.

  • You will enhance your knowledge and experience across a wide range ofdomains and industry sectors, including HR management policies, procedures andsystems development;
  • talent management and leadership transformation; HR processesdesign and optimization; employee experience & engagement; changemanagement;
  • corporate governance. You will also be participating in market,sales and business development activities for our Advisory Services.

    As part ofour team you will be expected to take on responsibility early, whilecontinuously developing your personal skills through learning, experiences andcoaching.

    Skills and attributes forsuccess : + Leading the execution of people management andtransformation engagements. + Managing engagement economics.

  • Developing and maintaining productive workingrelationships with clients. + Supporting business development initiatives andproposals.
  • Working with different levels of Stakeholders tounderstand their needs, compose elements of complex solutions and plan onend-to-end delivery + Working across service-lines contributing todelivering a holistic approach for the client + Delegating, supervising and supporting thedevelopment of team members.
  • Possess in depth business acumen and demonstrateability to quickly assimilate new knowledge. + Strong analytical, problem solving, numerical andinterpersonal skills.
  • Remain current on new developments in advisoryservices capabilities and industry knowledge. To qualify for the role, youmust have : + Excellent academic background, including at aminimum a Master degree, preferably in business and / or human sciences.
  • Experience in managingOrganizational Development and / or HR Transformation projects (Digital HRTransformation, Performance management Systems, HR Processes etc.
  • Experience in workingwith diverse and agile teams; ability to adapt to different team rolesdepending on the nature of each project + Professional certifications related to HumanResources Management will be considered as an asset + Proficiency with MS Office is a prerequisite.

    Knowledge of human resources management information systems (HRMS) will beconsidered as an asset. + Six or more years previous experience working ina professional services, public or private sector organisation, havinggained considerable experience in the areas of people management and / ororganizational transformation + Project management skills and experience.

  • Multi-sector & international experience willbe considered as an asset. + Strong written, verbal communications skills andpresentation skills in Greek and English.
  • Fluent English is apre-requisite. Knowledge of additional languages will be appreciated. + Ability to work under tight timelines.

  • Demonstrated integrity, values, principles andwork ethic. + Ability / flexibility to travel on overseasassignment as the need arises.
