Assist on establishing and maintaining relevant Project Portfolio management processes (strategic management, governance management, communication management, performance management, and risk management)
Enable the core EPMO capabilities and processes to be implemented and continuously review and optimize the EPMO processes to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving organizational goals
Support the senior-level decision making by ensuring timely and consistent communication to stakeholders on progress, changes, and impact on Project Portfolio components
Coach and Train teams and stakeholders master the newest tools, workflows, and processes
Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are accurate and complete and create information dashboards to improve operational performance
Provide support to Program / Projects and Project Managers as required and ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project and coordinate collection of feedback from the business in relation to EPMO services
Track and report on Project Portfolio performance, providing a real-time, and comprehensive view of all projects and assist the EPMO Manager in providing support and administrative duties for the EPMO office
Understand and manage the interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
Assist in the Portfolio planning process and provide administrative support to the wider Project Portfolio
Continue professional development in order to keep well-informed of emerging technologies, methods and best practices and support with resource management and benefit tracking for the whole Portfolio of Projects
To chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings, take minutes / actions, manage action and decision log, and drive delivery of actions
To carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones
To suggest ways to improve work processes and procedures and take actions to innovate
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management or relevant fields
Minimum 3+ years of project management experience managing complex projects
Minimum 2+ years of experience implementing software development projects using Agile methodologies
Prince2 or PMP certifications on traditional project management are considered a plus
Prince2 Agile, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum certifications on Agile methodology are considered a plus
Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in the use of appropriate tools : Agile Project Management tools such as Wrike, Jira, or equivalent.
Microsoft Project or Microsoft Project Server, and all Office Tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experienced in Project reporting, Resource Management, Project Scheduling
Experienced in creating presentations and presenting to all levels of management
Solid understanding of software development life cycle
Motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
Analytical thinking, effective and timely decision-making, problem-solving and change management skills
Ability to think out of the box and connect the dots to derive the bigger picture, passion for success and drive for results

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include : A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence) HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) Financial background check Employment reference check.
If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
