W1TTY is initially targeting Generation Z students and other young people starting their first jobs and building their careers.

However, W1TTY is designed to appeal to everyone who is dissatisfied with what is currently on offer, frustrated with hype that fails to deliver, and is willing to try something genuinely different.

We are seeking a talented individual to build the W1TTY brand within Greece. You’ll lead the market by :
a) building awareness with PR and brand activity
b) implementing acquisition campaigns across influencer, performance media, and ambassadors
c) reacting to feedback and data to influence the brand, the product, and the communications.
4+ years of influencer marketing
Thorough knowledge of Social Media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitch
Interest in brand and business development
Ability to work independently to drive and lead projects
Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns per month
A genuine passion for working with influencers, agencies, managers, etc.
Interest in different cultures / languages (Poland, Spain, Greece, and Czech Republic)
Strong network (influencers, agencies, managers)
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
Build a community of influencers from celebrities to micro-influencers
Build relationships with content creators, agents, and talent managers
Negotiate multiple deals with content creators and agencies
Take full ownership of influencer programs metrics and analyze ways to improve KPI's
Review posts, videos, photos, and other media to ensure complete accuracy and fulfillment of contractual obligations
Manage all campaigns and partnerships, including communication and negotiations
Define a regional-specific marketing and partnership plan to drive awareness, consideration, user acquisition, and retention
Implement promotional campaigns to deliver continuous growth
Deliver PR communications to build trust and a broader company understanding
Generate insight based on market research, competitive analysis, campaign effectiveness, and industry trends to translate those insights into actionable recommendations
Effectively participate in cross-team strategizing efforts to achieve optimal goals
