Lmw is currently seeking a highly skilled and committed Personal Assistant to CEO on behalf ofa Pharmaceutical company Acharnai, Attiki.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage, coordinate and maintain the daily agenda of CEO and act as the manager's first point of contact
  • Maintain detailed scheduling and calendar management, organize internal and external meetings ensuring proper arrangements e.
  • g. equipment, presentations

  • Provide executive and administrative support when required to senior executives
  • Manage incoming communications to CEO’s office including phone calls, emails, ensuring correct department distribution
  • Organize events, conferences and travel arrangements for C-Level executives
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Draft management reports and create ad-hoc presentations
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous experience in a relevant role, preferably in the Pharmaceutical sector
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, Master's Degree will be considered a plus
  • Excellent command of English language, confident in both written and verbal communication
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
