Lmw is currently seeking a highly skilled and committed Personal Assistant to CEO on behalf ofa Pharmaceutical company Acharnai, Attiki.
Manage, coordinate and maintain the daily agenda of CEO and act as the manager's first point of contact
Maintain detailed scheduling and calendar management, organize internal and external meetings ensuring proper arrangements e.
g. equipment, presentations
Provide executive and administrative support when required to senior executives
Manage incoming communications to CEO’s office including phone calls, emails, ensuring correct department distribution
Organize events, conferences and travel arrangements for C-Level executives
Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
Draft management reports and create ad-hoc presentations
3+ years of previous experience in a relevant role, preferably in the Pharmaceutical sector
Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, Master's Degree will be considered a plus
Excellent command of English language, confident in both written and verbal communication
Proficient use of MS Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
