We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to play an integral role in Customer Service / Supply Chain department. The successful candidate will be responsible for Order to Bill activities.
The role is ideal for someone who brings high energy to every task and is able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Main Responsibilities All tasks required for the flawless execution of order to bill activities Order entry and validation Invoice and Credit Notes creation Complete all necessary paperwork to proceed with physical deliveries Error control and troubleshooting to overcome issues Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders / deliveries / billing documents and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all order management process Manage daily communication with logistics, sales & planning department to ensure smooth order creation and process flow Ensure compliance of process with audit requirements Participate on projects and prepare reports for ad hoc requests Competencies : Problem Solving (Strong analytical skills required.
Must be able to manage many diverse projects / issues simultaneously) Communication (Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required) and collaboration with various company’s stakeholders and departments (Planning, Customer Development, Logistics) Client & result oriented (get things done in a smooth and effective way to achieve business goals within timelines) Agile (react fast with flexibility to achieve highest performance) Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Exceptional commitment to learning Proactiveness and positive take-charge approach Strong team-player (Must have the ability to work as part of a team to achieve common objectives.
Strong team influencing skills required) Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree (BA / BSc) in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or Finance MBA or M.
Sc. in Logistics / Supply Chain or Business Administration would be considered as a plus Proven working experience in a multinational environment will be a strong advantage Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken Level C2) Excellent knowledge in PC based software tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and SAP knowledge in SD module Advanced MS Excel capabilities Candidates, who meet specified qualifications, will be contacted by e-mail or telephone.
