What will you be doing?
We are looking for enthusiastic and creative technical support engineers to be part of our growing team. You will be a member of our After Sales Support team that provides five-star customer service and promotes this idea throughout the organization.
The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and meet their expectations. Your main focus area will be to provide technical service-related after sales support to the customers for all our products and services, mainly in network and system related issues.
You will also be responsible for monitoring the smooth operation of our products. The department works on a 24 / 7 shift schedule where the out of office hours shifts, including weekends, bank holidays & night shifts are remote.
