Our Human Capital Management (HCM) team is a leader in functional, strategic, and integration consulting for Cornerstone OnDemand Talent Management System.
You will be a technical support for HCM in the cloud. Working in an international and dynamic environment. Constant contact with the solution vendor and providing technical analysis of the solution for the business.
Tasks :
System support for the application on 2 / 3 lines of IT support
Project support and configuration changes together with other team members for business users and partners
Management of test cases and their implementation

Our requirements :
Knowledge of English enabling work in an international team (level C1 / C2)
Completed or last years of IT studies
Experience in working in IT (at least 0.5 years), e.g. as a tester or help-desk / user supporter
Knowledge about IT support (e.g. knowledge of ITIL, operating systems, etc.)
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
