is seeking to recruit a
First level support - Main Offices and Quarries.
Monitor and maintain acceptable system and network performance. Investigate bottlenecks and optimization solutions.
Train users on supported hardware, software and office automation solutions.
Microsoft 365 enterprise administrator
Participate in various company projects
Systems updates and upgrades
Essential criteria :
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field 1st level admin.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and Roles.
Understanding of applications such as network monitoring, interfaces & standards.
Knowledge of networks and infrastructure will be considered a plus.
Experience in Virtualization technologies.
Experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
Willingness and ability to assist with periodic system maintenance during off-peak hours.
Ability to understand and support the needs of diverse projects across the organization.
