In this role you will be responsible to sell the new service offering in Greece. As project team member you will collaborate closely with the Head of the CEE region and contribute to the success of this project
As Sales Manager you will
be responsible for the entire sales process from approaching to securing clients in order to ensure sales targets are met with a focus on new to Willis Towers Watson clients
develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients including research, initiation of contact, meeting, response to RFPs, new business presentations, and accurately maintain system in order to create and convert sales opportunities
develop client / prospect account plans / strategies and drive execution of action plans;
respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions
prepare client and prospect presentations
negotiate with Insurers and Reinsurers to get the best offers
present the quotations to prospect with an aim to conclude the sale.
develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services
work closely with clients, insurers, reinsurers, other Willis Towers Watson offices to resolve issues and identify opportunities to increase the value of services to clients (Become influential at many levels of the prospect organisation to promote new business
develop a trusted advisor relationship with client and prospect contacts through effective communication and relationship building.
support Sales and Placement through approaching the relevant markets and preparing sales documents (presentation file), broking slip, compare quotations for prospects and other documents as required
support Service Delivery through performing standardized, high-volume operational activities to support both client & market-facing specialists across the end to end placement life-cycle for new business and renewals and through coordination of internal activities for managing client queries
How about you?
Do you have broad and solid experience in selling insurance products / service offerings (between 7 and 10 years)? Are you experienced with clients and the market in Greece?
Do you like innovation and working in a dynamic team with high energy level? Are you fluent in Greek and English?
