The ideal Candidate should :
a high level of customer service
to clients at all times.
Respond and record consumer inquiries
via inbound calls, mail, and online chat
for customers to resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate data input
of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
Be able to offer
recommendations to common problems
or FAQs (frequently asked questions)
Profile : Fluency in
Previous experience in the field will be considered as an asset.
Genuinely excited to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving oriented.
Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative.
