Your main responsibilities
Guide guests to allocated tables, assist with menus preferences and food and wine choices
Place orders ensuring that excellent knowledge of the Menu (Food & drinks) choices is kept at all times
Assist in all restaurant and F & B related tasks as assigned by the F & B or Restaurant Manager
Maintain high Standards of Service by providing a friendly and efficient customer-service
Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
Ensure that the working area is always clean and tidy according to Health & Safety standards
Your main qualifications / skills
Enthusiastic & friendly personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a fast-paced luxury environment
Relevant experience within a restaurant / bar, ideally in a hotel environment
Fluency in English (verbal)
Good command of a second language would be a plus
Degree / Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism would be a plus
