Digital Strategist is responsible to create and plan cross-channel digital strategies by using the latest digital marketing techniques and defining the best channel mix to create and deliver and measure effective and consistent campaigns to achieve the business goals of our reputable clients.
Establish strategic marketing direction, long-range and annual planning for each client handled on account level
Translate client’s business objectives and strategy to develop marketing objectives, strategies, plans and KPIs
Plan and propose client’s Marketing operations budget
Elaborate, perform background research and assess strengths and weaknesses on the concept and the marketing aspect of innovative solutions or new products proposed to clients
Perform the required research & analysis for marketing a new product
Work close with Account Director & client to discuss, plan and organize marketing activities
Plan and oversee client’s advertising in all media
Campaigns performance analysis on ad-hoc or periodical basis
Advanced Website Analytics performance analysis
Formulate Paid Social Strategies to leverage social content production.
Support Account Management and Sales team with market insights and data
Stay alert for opportunities to obtain new business from present clients
Participate, if required, on new business solicitation teams to provide whatever counsel and services of the Marketing Team are requested by CEO or Account Managers
Capture client needs Study material collected from client and contribute in the execution of the initial evaluation of client
Participate actively in Creative Committees, when required, on strategy, business requirements and concept definition
Participate in new business pitches, with emphasis on the strategic marketing perspective
Provide tracking directions for digital / non-digital marketing campaigns
Prepare presentations for reporting or cross / up selling needs
Work closely with Social Media Manager to analyze data and provide actionable insights to achieve Goals.
Strategize Measurement plans and work with Dev teams for implementation.
Provide specs and guidance to Art Director for Visual communication deliverables
Research on new best practices and follow industry trends and insights
Attend to industry conferences and conduct market research on competitive services and firms
Follow constant trends and perform market scouting for industry insights
Ensure transparency of activities and compliance with company’s policies
Ensure knowledge transfer and information flow across all Mozaik employees
Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the team
Brief & Supervise Performance Executive on daily duties
Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
Evaluate team members periodically
Define member training needs and plan trainings

Skills and Experience
Academic Bachelor's degree, minimum, in marketing, communications management or equivalent practical experience
Work Experience 4+ years of experience in marketing agency
