The Creative Designer will support the existing design team by design, maintenance, and develop assets for Kotsovolos and other sub-brands in online as well as offline media.
He / she must be able to deliver high quality and pixel perfect designs within the limits of deadlines.
Work with other designers & copywriter from concept to launch
Be able to deliver designs for print, store promo materials, store branding and packaging as well as digital banners, social media materials, newsletters, in order to support brand initiatives and daily or seasonal commercial policies
Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
Participate in brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
Maintain consistency in visual elements and ensure that our brand guidelines and philosophy is applied across the products
Collaborate with internal teams
Work closely with developers to see design through to implementation on more advanced projects such as landings or microsites
Excellent understanding of design systems and be able to apply and support the maintenance across the organization
Stay on top of new technology and trends in design
The ideal candidate should have :
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Public Relations, Communications or Marketing
Minimum 3 years of related work experience
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator
Ability to design pixel perfect graphics
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Services and Figma
Creativity & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team spirit & organizational skills
Experience in retail would be preferable
