Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers
  • Representing the company, remaining friendly and helpful with every person
  • Resolving issues with the products over the phone or emails (not too technical questions)
  • Keeping customer data up to date
  • Coordinate incident resolutions with Level 2 and Level 3 staff

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • Fluent level, written and verbal in the English language
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Works well within a team
  • Confident PC skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive, and a willingness to learn
  • Flexibility towards working hours
  • You have a dedicated quiet working space located within your residence in Greece
  • You have great communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
